After a heist goes wrong, a thief and a troubled orphan must rescue his kidnapped partner from a ruthless drug lord and her charming hitman. This movie far exceeds its IMDB rating! A fun action comedy that doesn’t take itself too seriously. I was pleasantly surprised at how entertained I was by this cast of lovable yet canned characters. I got pretty much everything I could take from an angst-ridden young man; but I guess he had his part in everything; but he just got too used to it to the point where it became a bit too much. Decent script, decent acting, good action, if a little tongue in cheek. I read one reviewer who compared the characters to a video game, and I totally see that! Not exactly real life, a bit exaggerated; but still enjoyable. It has a cowboy, a villain, a good-hearted thief, etc. It’s worth your time, just don’t expect it to win an Oscar. Relax and enjoy what you have.
