Plot
Enchanted Agatha Harkness regains her freedom with the help of a teenage girl. Intrigued by his request, she ventures into the Witches' Trials on the road to regain strength and discover the motivation of a teenager. Stars Kathryn Khan, Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Debra Jo Rupp and Ali Ann join showrunner Jack Schaefer and executive producer Mary Livanos to share how they prepared for the Marvel show, Westview exterior scenes filmed at Warner Bros. The set was previously used by Wandavision.
I felt cheated and annoyed
Agatha lives in the house used in Bewitched (1964). Presented by WatchMojo: The 10 Most Shocking Events of the Day on Disney Plus (2021). I went into Agatha All Along with no preconceived notions or a look behind the scenes. So it wasn’t until I was deep into episode 6 (?) that I realized there was a connection to the Marvel Cinematic Universe – specifically WandaVision.
The acting is excellent and Hahn plays Agatha
Well, after I got engaged to Agatha All Along, I took a break and had to watch WandaVission. While WandaVision has some important elements as a prequel to Agatha All Along, it’s quite tangential (and – IMO – a much weaker show than Agatha All Along). Well I finished E6 and then went into E7-E9 and I really have to give the show credit. The sets have an unusual, original perspective as the show moves.

For the most part, the characters are going through trials and their growth is going well. The show maintains an engaging plot for adults without the usual sugarcoating of everyone turning out okay in the end. While I don’t think the connection to the MCU was necessary, it’s what it is and it doesn’t detract too much from the show as a whole. I’d probably watch the second season if it ended…
